"Water Olive Oil" An Antique Olive Oil

Only machinery is a
millstone pulled by a horse.
Crushed and pressed olives are washed with hot water and hand press is
made. Olive oil accumulated in the pool is picked skillfully into the
large tanks for a rest period. At the end of production olive pits are
collected to the big bags for heating source, in winter.
The quality of the olive oil which I taste was "excellent"
